Limited Warranty

We stand behind our product and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with your Steridata™/SteriScan™. Alpha Micro Tech Inc. Will warranty for 1 year the DL-05/DS-05 Steridata™/SteriScan™ during normal service due to defects in material and workmanship that are not due to apparent abuse, misuse, or accident. We reserve the right to repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

Damage caused by steam is not covered, The Steridata™/SteriScan™ is to be placed at least 2 inches back from the front of the sterilizer, to avoid steam from hitting the front of the Steridata™/SteriScan™.

This warranty shall be considered to be validated, if the product is accompanied by the original purchase invoice and such invoice identifies the item by serial number and clearly states the date of purchase. Any express warranty not provided hereon and any implied warranty or representation as to performance, and any remedy for breach of contract which, but for this provision, might arise by implication, operation of law, custom of trade or course of dealing, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for particular purpose with respect to all and any products manufactured by Alpha Micro Tech Inc. is excluded and disclaimed by Alpha Micro Tech Inc.

Returns

Returns shipped collect will not be accepted. Please call our office for return instructions. All items must be in new re-saleable condition (i.e.: original package, unmarked, and unbroken seals). A restocking charge of 15% applies to returns before 30 days. We can not accept an item for return after 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for freight of returned orders.

Legal

In no event will Alpha Micro Tech Inc. be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our products.
